青海省第五人民医院 青海省肿瘤医院始建于1958年，2021年成为青海大学附属第五医院、青海卫生职业技术学院附属医院，是集医疗、教学、科研、预防、康复为一体的“三级甲等”医院。
医院坚持科教兴院战略，始终瞄准世界医学前沿，积极开展恶性肿瘤的临床防治与基础研究，取得了突出成绩。2005-2008年承担国家“十五”科技攻关、“十一五”科技支撑计划、中国科学院、青海省科技厅及卫生厅(卫健委)科研课题几十项，曾先后荣获国家级、省、市级科研成果奖10余项。开展恶性肿瘤图像引导下体位六维修正非共面立体定向放射治疗(SRT)、调强放射治疗(IMRT)、图像引导放射治疗(IGRT)、容积旋转调强治疗(VMAT)、立体定向体部放疗(SBRT)技术、近距离插植放疗，妇瘤三维适形腔内后装放疗等新的放疗技术，填补了省内空白。
2018年12月，医院启用迁建的门诊医技住院综合楼，医院地处城东区咽喉要地，占地面积43亩，总投资超11亿元，总建筑面积近 10万平方米，设置床位近千张，具备全年100余万人次门急诊就诊、4万人次住院及5.2万人次体检的能力。先后购置高精尖大型设备百台(件)，多台设备填补了省内空白，为提升我院诊疗水平和服务能力奠定了基础。目前医院高层次人才不断汇集，学科设置齐全、技术力量雄厚。
医院现有职工近1300人，青海省优秀专家1名，省委省政府联系专家1名，名医工作室2个，获省级人才称号14人，西部之光访问学者9人。临床科室35个、医技科室18个、社区卫生服务中心1个。其中，肿瘤放射治疗中心先后获批省级临床重点专科及省级核心临床重点专科，肿瘤放疗科、肿瘤内科、肿瘤妇科、急诊科、内分泌科、骨科、健康管理科、麻醉手术科、检验科、神经内科为省级临床重点专科，乳腺外科为省级重点培育专科，普外科为省级核心重点专科，医学影像科为国家医疗机构能力建设项目省级临床重点专科。此外，呼吸内科、肾内科、口腔医学科、神经外科、病理科为院内重点培育专科。本着全心全意为患者服务的初心使命，医院在环境打造、设备购置、专家引培、服务理念上对标国际一流医院，良好的就医体验，赢得了患者和社会各界的一致好评。

The Fifth People’s Hospital of Qinghai Province was founded in 1958. It was officially designated as Qinghai Cancer Hospital in 2018, and in 2021 became the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University and the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai Health Vocational and Technical College. It is a Class A Tertiary General Hospital integrating medical treatment, education, research, prevention, and rehabilitation.

Adhering to the strategy of invigorating the hospital through science and education, the hospital keeps abreast of cutting‑edge international medical developments and has achieved fruitful results in clinical prevention, treatment, and basic research of malignant tumors. It has undertaken dozens of key scientific research projects, including the National 10th Five‑Year Plan Key Technologies R&D Program, the 11th Five‑Year Plan Science and Technology Support Program, and projects from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, provincial and municipal authorities. The hospital has won more than 10 national, provincial and municipal scientific research achievement awards. It pioneered a number of precision radiotherapy technologies in the province, including Image‑Guided Stereotactic Radiotherapy (IGRT), Intensity‑Modulated Radiotherapy (IMRT), Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy (VMAT), interstitial brachytherapy, and 3D conformal afterloading radiotherapy for gynecologic tumors, filling multiple provincial technological gaps.
2018年12月，医院从城东区为民巷24号，整体搬迁至南山东路166号。新院地处城东区核心枢纽，占地43亩，总投资超11亿元，建筑面积近10万平方米，开放床位近千张，年服务门急诊患者超百万人次、住院患者4万人次、健康体检5.2万人次。百余台高精尖设备同步就位，多台设备的引进填补了省内空白，为高原群众精准诊疗与高质量服务奠定了坚实基础。
In December 2018, the hospital completed its full relocation from 24 Weimin Lane, Chengdong District to 166 Nanshan East Road. The new campus is located at the core hub of Chengdong District, covering 43 mu (about 2.87 hectares), with a total investment of over 1.1 billion RMB, a building area of nearly 100,000 square meters, nearly 1,000 inpatient beds, an annual capacity of over 1 million outpatient and emergency visits, 40,000 inpatient admissions, and 52,000 health checkups. More than 100 high‑precision, cutting‑edge medical devices have been installed, with several filling provincial gaps, laying a solid foundation for precision diagnosis and treatment and high‑quality healthcare services for people on the plateau.
